Your best bet is to watch the Online Recruitment board. I don't know if there are any groups that are actively recruiting, but you can search the board to see what is out there.

When you say noob friendly, how much of a newcomer do you see yourself as? With the integration of the mythic ruleset in this AP, it could all become a little complex slightly sooner than usual.
Noob as in "never played Pathfinder; don't know the mythic ruleset; don't know anything; having trouble figuring out how many spells my Oracle gets at level 1". So being able to get help as needed.

If your that new, I would suggest you check out the Pathfinder Society games. They are made for beginner players in mind, as an intro to APs. Its a lot less of commitment and gives you an idea of what to expect in a longer story arc.
The online recruitment thread that I posted above has tons of PFS games looking for PbP players posted daily. You can also check out the PFS-specific online play recruitment thread that focuses on sessions played online via Virtual Table Tops that run typically about four hours. Or just find your local game shop and see what games they are running. I'm sure you will find lots of friendly people there to help you out.
Good luck and have fun!
edit: Keep a look out, I've been thinking of running a game for beginners and your questions may be the push I need to get it rolling.

Look HERE for step-by-step directions on how to create a character. For "character sheets" you can also add PCGen, a free java program, that has many of the Pathfinder books in it.

To Grayn and Papa-DRB, I know the steps, it's just the spells that are throwing me off. I have played a ranger in D&D 3.5 (didn't get past level 1) and a couple of characters in D&D 4.0, a couple of which were spellcasters (though 4.0 is radically different). So I'm not all that familiar with spellcasters. How many spells do I have at 1st level?
I do have a thread about this character, which is here.

You have your base number spells per day, which are listed on page 44 of the APG. Additionally you get a number of bonus spells which depend on your main casting attribute (in your case Charisma), which is listed on page 17 of the core rulebook. Unless you start with a Charisma of 20, you get one bonus spell at first level.
Then you need to know with how many first level spells known you start. You automatically know Cure Light Wounds and in addition to that you refer to page 45 of the APG and see there that you know two additional spells, which you can choose from the Cleric/Oracle spell lists in the core rulebook, advanced players guide, ultimate magic, ultimate combat or maybe even some of the smaller splatbooks out there. For starters I would recommend either sticking to the list of the CRB and APG or getting some help on that topic. Spell selection is every important for Oracles, as they will know only a small number of spells over the course of their career and need to choose carefully.
You additionally choose four orisons from the list in the core rulebook. Detect Magic is highly recommended there.

Okay, so according to your post and this site (under the spells section), I have 4 orisons and 2 1st level spells standard. My charisma is 18 (+4). So according to you, I get one bonus spell (known?). So this becomes 4 orisons and 3 1st level spells.
Next is determining my 1st level spells. According to you, I automatically know Cure Light Wounds (I'm assuming it takes up one of my slots). Due to the nature of the AP (loads of evil demons) and my character (Oracle chosen by Aroden to be his herald), I'm going to choose Protection from Evil and Weapons Against Evil.
Now onto orisons. My choices are Detect Magic, Guidance, Resistance, and Read Magic.
So here's how it looks:
1st - Cure Light Wounds, Protection from Evil, Weapons Against Evil (3/day)
0 level - Detect Magic, Guidance, Read Magic, Resistance (unlimited use)
Do I have it right?

Not exactly, no. You do not get bonus spells known from your Charisma. You only get bonus spells available per day which you can cast.
This means that you have 4 Orisons known at first level, which you can cast as often as you like.
As for your first level spells, you know Cure Light Wounds, which does not count against your number of other spells known, because you automatically add all Cure spells to your list as soon as they get available to you. You can choose two other spells, which would be, according to you, Protection from Evil and Weapons Against Evil.
Since you are playing a spontaneous caster, you can freely choose which of those spells you want to cast during your adventuring day, up to the maximum amount of spells you can cast per day. For first level, that number is three, plus the one bonus spell you get for having a high Charisma score, for a total of four first level spells per day at first level.

All right, working on the final build right now. I just need to know something. I see there's an aasimar oracle archetype: Purifier. I'm looking at it and I'm thinking that it would be a good archetype for Wrath of the Righteous. What do you guys think?
Playing in a Wrath of the Righteous game is a really bad idea if you're so new to the game. It uses the optional mythic ruleset, and would be somewhat confusing.
I would recommend you try to join *any* of the other paths as all of the others use standard rules.

If you're set on playing WotR and looking at a Cleric I'd suggest either playing it straight or using the Crusader or Merciful Healer Archetypes rather than the Evangelist. I play a lot of healers and their main role is as party support. They have the ability to wear armor and wade into combat so don't forget to look at things that raise your Concentration like Combat Casting. Clerics can also channel energy unlike Oracles, but it affects even enemies within that 30' unless you take Selective Channeling. The Evangelist fills more of a restrictive role and looses a lot of the Cleric's strengths.
