I'm not sure how this thread qualifies as that.
Or how that's a bad thing inherently...slut shaming is bad because it's shaming people for something they shouldn't be ashamed of. Troll-shaming would not have that same problem. It's generally insulting and thus understandably against forum rules, but that's not the same thing as being inherently bad per se.

I love this community! Over the last 8 years, I've been:
- threatened with physical violence
- using firearms, once
- both occasions, luckily, would require the other party to fly over the Atlantic, so no biggie
- put on an ignore list a zillion times (magnuskn still gets nightmares about how the ignore script stops working and he sees my posts again)
- had letters sent to my workplace telling that I'm a bad person and should be fired ASAP
- threatened with lawsuits (always get a giggle from these)
- told that Jesus hates me
- told that Jesus loves me
- tempbanned twice (I blame Edition Wars)
But also I've met dozens of amazing people and I hope to meet them some day. And have a drink. And play a game. Which hopefully doesn't involve physical violence using firearms...

This thread has gotten hairy. One might almost describe it as fuzzy. Enough people packed in it that it's also getting a little warm. I saw my name mentioned a couple of times. I might be having a feeling. Yes, definitely a feeling.

Being the egotistical monster I am, and thinking about how many hours I spend on these boards I was worried I wasn't mentioned and would have to become a force of Evil!
Then Orthos mentioned me and now I feel all fuzzy. If I were to join an adventuring party of Paizonians I'd like Orthos to be on it.
Mikaze has always been a favorite poster of mine, because he seems to champion stuff I like to see.
GM_Solspiral has been a big booster of mine and seems a decent guy.
Rubber Ducky Guy is alright, but occasionally I have to kill his characters to keep him humble.
I like Set's creative output, and I think Evil Lincoln isn't all that evil.
Honestly I tend to stay in my little adventure path threads and everybody who posts thanks, words of encouragement, favorites my posts and best of all reports what happened in their games have a special place in my cold, black, robotic heart.
And Orthos, because whenever I see a comical yet relevant alias chiming into a conversation, he's usually the one behind it.

Wow, you guys. Thanks for mentioning me, it's a big fuzzy feeling inside. I know I may not be the easiest person to debate with, and I am grateful you can see beyond that. That said, I got temp banned some time ago (you know, the day I didn't post...) due to a stupid, obviously out of line post, and I have very consciously tried to rein myself in. I hope you can tell.
I appreciate you all, and I hope my heroes know I enjoy reading their posts... but those I butt heads with need more to know I appreciate them. So:

Well, there are way too many to call out off the top of my head, so I'll just say anyone who winds up with repeated favorites from me, most of the FAWTLfolks (though I rarely actually post there myself), and anyone who takes the time to try and contribute to or manage the community created stuff threads for the APs (especially the one for RotRL).
