So I've been watching the old movies again recently because Kozure Okami is awesome, and on one particularly boring school day decided make a few notes on how to build the Title character (at least the first of the two title characters)
Also I used this to try out sCoreForge, an excel based character generator i discovered recently. It automatically generated the stat block, so I hope everyhting works.

You might notice that he has leadership. His cohort will be Daigoro, whom I am going to build once i have a version that supports Ultimate Campaign and has the option for young characters in it. He will probably be a warrior with a similar set of skills and feats as his father. (since the one time he gets ready to fight someone one-on-one in the movie, he uses the same stance as his father)
Core Forge doens't seem to be perfect yet. it appears to have failed noting down any of the Class features except for Weapon Expertise, but there it didn't name the weapon chosen.
Well he is order of the Ronin, his weapon Expertise is Katana.
I have almost finished the manga series. Rename that "katana" as the Dōtanuki, and don't forget he used a spear a lot and threw both spears and his sword. Glad to see the naginata in there.
That's why he has throw anything as a feat. I haven't had the pleasure of reading the manga yet unfortunately and i dont remember extensive use of spears from the movies, mostly the naginata. And the wakizashi should probably rather be a Tanto, but there is no tanto in Pathfinder as of yet (though maybe just using kukri stats would work).

If you think the movies are good, wait until you get into the books. I was not prepared for how good they are.

The books are indeed amazing. Dark Horse translated them, though they may be out of print.
I bought the first five novels on Amazon. They have most of them. Some are more rare and pricey.

I need to watch Shogun Assassin again. Great stuff.
Ah by the way, the katana is +2 keen and speed.
