So in ultimate campaign they give you an entire section how to build a hex based adventure, but they do not give a map of blank hexes. I understand there are other places to acquire hex grids, but it seems that they would have at least put up some downloadable blank hex paper up on the site or something. Just a suggestion.

Right, again, I am aware there are other ways of finding this, that is not the point of the post. Why does paizo not offer hex maps on their site? Surely they could offer this. Even perhaps a half page hex map and on the bottom of the page add some blank lines and other useful options to help the DM create this hex crawl.

Actually, my guess is they didn't feel the need because it's already in the Kingmaker Player's Guide, which is available as a free download. (That's the adventure path where this sort of exploration was initially introduced.)
However, I agree it would be nice if they'd add that one page as a free download resource related to the new book - since they've updated these rules in Ultimate Campaign, it might confuse people to be sent to an older player's guide that has contradictory information. (It's on page 14 of the player's guide, in the section of player's resources; the other pages in that section are superseded by new versions with the revised rules in Ultimate campaign.)

That thing seems like an intentionally sarcastic google feature.

I doubt it's actually a Google feature but rather a site that links to the Google results page.

And it is ment to be intentionally sarcastic.
As to the Topic: I don't want a blank hex page in my book. It is a waste of a full page when I can get all I want from several other sources. Paizo did the right thing.

If you're not looking for a PDF/digital version, you can also get hex graph paper by the case, roll, or single sheet pack from Gaming Paper.

In the meantime... when I was building the maps for Kingmaker, and more recently when I started building maps for a hex-crawling element of Wrath of the Righteous, I just printed out my own sheets of hex paper:
I'm sure there are more options out there.
Did you just say HexCrawl in WotR? :O. Consider my money yours.
