Has anyone developed rules for adding the loa, or spirits, of Vodou, aka Voodoo, Vodun, or Vodoun, to into the Pathfinder Campaign Setting, D20, or compatible? Could these be the spirits summoned by Mwangi shamans? Spirits such as Baron Samedi, Erzulie Fréda, Met Kalfu etc. Are there Vodou altars/shrines throughout Sargava constructed by Mwangi slaves, principally Zenj?
Are the wendo evil loa worshiped by the Bekyar?

Breaking that down:
1. There's an article on juju in Pathfinder Adventure Path #39: The City of Seven Spears, which includes a juju oracle mystery, several magic items, and the more common wendo (our in-world term for loa).
2. Yes; most communication occurs via possession.
3. I don't think we've said, but I think you could reasonably encounter it in many parts of Sargava and the Mwangi Expanse—but outsiders are forbidden from witnessing the rites, so gatecrashing could get PCs into serious trouble (the flavor of which depends on the community's alignment).
4. We haven't committed to any of the wendo being good or evil; Heart of the Jungle mentions that the Bekyar take juju in a darker direction, but doesn't say whether they follow particular wendo.

Loa are explored for 3.5 in Skull & Bones from Green Ronin. A more fictional version is in Nyambe. There is also a good PF compatible version in Incantations from the Other Side, from Zombie Sky.

There is another product: Incantations from the Other Side. It expands the incantation rules from the 3.5 book Unearthed Arcana, which can be reviewed here.

Thank you, Jeff. It appears that Skull & Bones calls them djab derived from the French diable (devil).

No, the Loa aren't djab. They're Loa (and resemble gods). The Djab are something else - less human spirits, more like ideas or forces of nature. They can be encountered on their own, while the loa only manifest through possession.
Djab's an authentic Haitian usage, though djab means "spirit" there without the negative connotations.
