Now that Ultimate Campaign is upon us, I decided to go through the new rules and update my old Kingdom / Settlement sheets for the new book!
This is what you're going to find within the character sheet:
Page 1: All of the modifiers for the kingdom, as well as the kingdom's name and alignment, are here. One page reference for all your dice rolling needs!
Page 2: All of the Leadership positions (except Viceroy), their vacancy penalties, and any special rules that are associated with that position. Each role also indicates where its modifier bonus is added.
Page 3: A Cheat Sheet for the four kingdom edicts, as well as one of the new edicts: the trade edict.
Page 4: A Cheat Sheet for forms of government, the Fame and Infamy rules, and a nice big chunk of space for you to keep notes on.
Page 5: A place to record your relationship with foreign kingdoms as well as a place to record the information regarding your trade routes.
Pages 6 & 7: A place to list the modifiers of a specific settlement, as well as the number of each type of buildings you have in that settlement.
Page 8: Diplomatic Edicts! Seriously, those rules require the ENTIRE page.
Page 9: Exploration Edicts, Vassalage Edicts, and Settlement Modifiers. This is where the Viceroy position is, so you don't have to worry about it cluttering up page two if you aren't going to be using those optional rules.
Page 10 & 11: A list of every type of building and hex augmentation you can purchase, its benefits, how many lots it takes up, and so on.
Enjoy!

These are great! I'll print them right away for my KM campaign. Just a couple of questions:
1) Is there a way i can track the Magic Item generated by Settlements?
2) On the Kingdom Sheet, are the Corruption/Crime/Law/Lore etc values meant to be usedwith the Optional Kingdom Rules? (divide all modifiers by ten and then use them on all the kingdom)
3) On the Settlement Sheet, how do you track your building slots? (how many are left, how to track if you are able to build a specific building that requires another one, etc).
Regards

1) I actually never made a character sheet for that; I'll see what I can do. That's actually a pretty good idea for a one sheet per settlement system, so I'll get working on that when I find some extra time. :)
2) I'm not sure; I thought the kingdom just used those modifiers as-is, but dividing it by 10 makes sense. I don't recall the optional rule you're referring to, though, and I can't find reference of it in my copy of Ultimate Campaign. Can you give me a Page Number?
3) I haven't made a sheet for that, mostly because I dislike the grid as an abstraction mechanic. I'm going to have a lot of space to fill on the Magic Item Slots sheet, however, so I'll try to get some method to track your building slots on the sheet. Worst to worse, you can always use this sheet with the standard Kingdom Grid.
Edit: I've updated my Master copy to fix #2; I found an Ultimate Campaign thread where Jason Nelson, the system's designer, basically says that this is the intention. I still can't find where that ruling is from, but it makes a lot of sense and I've heard the Word of God, so that'll be a change going forward.
Don't check my link, I haven't updated it yet. When I do, there will also be pages of 3PP Content, namely from Legendary Games' Ultimate Rulership. The sheets are cited with where 3PP Info comes from.

You're welcome!
My one suggestion: If you punch holes in these like I do, either get some strong paper or invest in those little donut stickers that protect the edges of the hole so the sheets don't rip. Nothing is more infuriating then having to replace fifty billion sheets of paper, which is what this Kingdom Sheet feels like.

Working on a new character sheet, the Organization Character Sheet.
What do y'all think of this one? Anything that's missing that I should add? I might make a back page that has more lines for more teams and buildings.
