How does Enlarge person work exactly?

Do your damage dice double? What all penalties and benefits come with it aside from physical damage? Could examples be provided for me?

I keep seeing posts involving the spell and I'm confused as everyone mentions different parts of it.

Aaahh. Thanks a ton guys! This makes it VERY clear for me.

Is PFSRD also purely Pathfinder? Or does it contain 3rd party stuff?

It does contain some 3rd party stuff but that is marked clearly (like under the 3rd party feat section.) All pages do mark their sources.

The PRD link I made above is pure pathfinder and the official pathfinder rules pages on the webs.
