The assignment of blame is an interesting question, though, so I've gone ahead and posed the question to some acquaintances who are much more proficient in the language than I. I'll report back if anyone's interested.
Please do! I can't find my dictionary after all these years and had to use the Bing Translator :)

I thank Cosmo for all the things he's not doing, so that I may get this month's subscription at all, in time. I acknowledge that should he choose so, he could prevent me from ever seeing it.
I also blame him for holding that ongoing threat over my future subs.

My sources suggest "pIch ghaj qoSmo'" would be appropriate (I've taken the liberty of Klingonifying Cosmo's name here as qoSmo').
Amusingly, qoSmo' would probably be translated as "due to being sorry"; maybe all these things Cosmo does are an attempt to atone for some past good behavior? Alternately, one could render his name qoSmoH, which could be translated "he makes people sorry" (but is less close to the English pronunciation).

I blame Cosmo for Matt using Bing.

While I'll blame Cosmo for someone using Bing, I'll not blame him FOR Bing. Cosmo is evil, not incompetent.

So I just upgraded my iMac to Mavericks... AND IT LOST MY ENTIRE PATHFINDER COLLECTION! COSMO! WHY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ouch. Seriously?
Holding off on my upgrade then (am already considering not bothering as it's a 2009 MacBook and I'm unsure if it can reasonably handle it anyway)

I had to hold off on favoriting this one until I'd successfully upgraded my own iMac with no problems.
I did.
I'll favorite you now, using my upgraded system, while reading my PDFs.
Here's that link you were looking for. :)

I, amongst many others, blame Cosmo for Bestiary 4 not being in my downloads, yet.
I also blame Cosmo for smelly nappies (and, by implication, for sleeping with my wife).
And I blame Cosmo for me, despite being British and quite good at accents, being utterly incapable of mimicking Ringo when I read Thomas books to my son.
Edit: and while I'm at it, I also blame Cosmo for my left knee, my right hip, my hearing, and baldness. Why do you hate me, Cosmo?
Edit of edit: I also blame Cosmo for the lack of a "NOT overheard at the Paizo office" thread, which would include such gems as:
Jason Bulmahn: that needs armour spikes.
and
James Jacobs: Woohoo! Con time!
and
Everyone: Well, we can't blame Cosmo for that.

I blame Cosmo for having the Fox song stuck in my head again.
My cousin tried singing that around me once. I raised the arm that was holding a plastic Pepsi bottle and said, "Don't you dare!"
Inside joke, but when we were in highschool, I was able to knock my cousin out on a couple of occasions using a plastic Pepsi bottle. At one point I did it right in front of several teachers and the principle and they just looked over, paused, then went back to their conversations.

Was the bottle full or empty?

Empty. I turned the bottle around and hit him with the edge of the cap and he'd drop to the ground and be out of it for ~30 seconds. I think he just happened to have a weak spot or something, but it's something only I've ever managed to do to him.

At least you can redownload most of it from here, right?
Yeah, but the main problem, aside form no longer being able to sync my books to my mobile devices, is having to find the files and then renaming them from PZ01234 to [insert title here]. FOR. EACH. AND. EVERY. SINGLE. ONE. OF. THEM.

The fact that I redownload them from here or find them if I look around in the depths of my computer's files are my backups. The renaming them is what's annoying.

You misunderstood. I'm saying you could have made a back-up of the files with the changed names, and not have this problem at all.
I blame Cosmo for you not understanding me.

Nice try, Cosmo, but we see through the evil plan. And we blame you for it, too. Besides, I'm cheap. All you'd get from me would be headbonks.

COSMO WHY IS MY BESTIARY 4 STILL PENDING SO MUCH RAGE FROM LACK OF PDF
Oh would you look at that, blaming Cosmo did make me feel better still want my PDF though well my book too but you know PDF I could have now the book must come in the snail mail.
Hmm, I'm actually having a decently productive weekend so far due to not having my book PDFs yet...
I blame Cosmo for them arriving so early previously and causing me to lose so many working hours reading Pathfinder books!
