<gulps>

I thank Cosmo for all the things he's not doing, so that I may get this month's subscription at all, in time. I acknowledge that should he choose so, he could prevent me from ever seeing it.

I also blame him for holding that ongoing threat over my future subs.

Whose fault is it that
I woke up in a good mood today?
I must blame Cosmo.

My sources suggest "pIch ghaj qoSmo'" would be appropriate (I've taken the liberty of Klingonifying Cosmo's name here as qoSmo').

Details:
Apparently there's a historical precedent of using the construction "pIch vIghajbe'" ("I don't have the blame") to mean "It's not my fault". Logically, then, one might say "Cosmo has the blame". I think it's a stronger statement that way; it doesn't leave any room for opinion. It could be made even stronger by saying "pIch ghaj qoSmo'bej", which indicates complete certainty that it's Cosmo that has the blame.

Amusingly, qoSmo' would probably be translated as "due to being sorry"; maybe all these things Cosmo does are an attempt to atone for some past good behavior? Alternately, one could render his name qoSmoH, which could be translated "he makes people sorry" (but is less close to the English pronunciation).

While I'll blame Cosmo for someone using Bing, I'll not blame him FOR Bing. Cosmo is evil, not incompetent.

I blame Cosmo for me getting up later than I wanted to, and in turn making me late to work, and in turn making me late for gaming tonight. What the heck, man?!

Ouch. Seriously?

Holding off on my upgrade then (am already considering not bothering as it's a 2009 MacBook and I'm unsure if it can reasonably handle it anyway)

I had to hold off on favoriting this one until I'd successfully upgraded my own iMac with no problems.

I did.

I'll favorite you now, using my upgraded system, while reading my PDFs.

I, amongst many others, blame Cosmo for Bestiary 4 not being in my downloads, yet.

I also blame Cosmo for smelly nappies (and, by implication, for sleeping with my wife).

And I blame Cosmo for me, despite being British and quite good at accents, being utterly incapable of mimicking Ringo when I read Thomas books to my son.

Edit: and while I'm at it, I also blame Cosmo for my left knee, my right hip, my hearing, and baldness. Why do you hate me, Cosmo?

Edit of edit: I also blame Cosmo for the lack of a "NOT overheard at the Paizo office" thread, which would include such gems as:

Jason Bulmahn: that needs armour spikes.

and

James Jacobs: Woohoo! Con time!

and

Everyone: Well, we can't blame Cosmo for that.

My cousin tried singing that around me once. I raised the arm that was holding a plastic Pepsi bottle and said, "Don't you dare!"

Inside joke, but when we were in highschool, I was able to knock my cousin out on a couple of occasions using a plastic Pepsi bottle. At one point I did it right in front of several teachers and the principle and they just looked over, paused, then went back to their conversations.

Was the bottle full or empty?

Empty. I turned the bottle around and hit him with the edge of the cap and he'd drop to the ground and be out of it for ~30 seconds. I think he just happened to have a weak spot or something, but it's something only I've ever managed to do to him.

Yeah, but the main problem, aside form no longer being able to sync my books to my mobile devices, is having to find the files and then renaming them from PZ01234 to [insert title here]. FOR. EACH. AND. EVERY. SINGLE. ONE. OF. THEM.

The fact that I redownload them from here or find them if I look around in the depths of my computer's files are my backups. The renaming them is what's annoying.
