Stat arrays

Advice

My next campaign is a while off but what are some good stat arrays to use? Is offering an option between 2 or 3 arrays a good idea? And are there any huge downsides to stat arrays?

What powelevel game do you want?

Use point buy yourself to make 3 even powered arrays (1 SAD, 1 MAD and 1 meh...)

As I see it, with these 3 arrays to pick from, there's no down side... If you only give 1 array, mad chars or sad chars will feel cheated..

Personally I'd avoid super optimized/specialized stat arrays, but it all depends on the kind of game you want to run.

17, 14, 13, 12, 12, 10 = 25 points

16, 15, 14, 13, 10, 10 = 25 points

15, 14, 14, 14, 14, 8 = 25 points

14, 14, 14, 14, 13, 12 = 25 points

relatively a lot of points, but not optimal scores really. It is a good way to avoid stat dumping to an extent.
