When a summoner dismisses an eidolon, what action is that? Move, Standard, Full? Free? Swift?

Page 55 of the Advanced Player's Guide, second column, first two lines:

All actions are standard actions unless specifically stated otherwise.

That's why the term is called "standard".

As far as I can tell, this could be done mentally, yes? There's no specific requirements spelled out apart from it being a standard action, so that should be the default. Am I right?
