Full-Attack Action? Help!

Rules Questions

I am running a Ranger. He currently has Rapid Shot. (Use a Full-Attack action and he can fire off 2 shots) 2nd arrow has a penalty -1. I just reache 6th lvl where I get 2 attacks per rnd. Per the rules to use a 2nd attack it needs to be a Full-Attack Action. So can I use Rapid Shot twice to shoot a volley of 4 arrows? (first att +6 BAB, second shot +6 BAB -1, third attack is +1 BAB, fourth shot +1 BAB -1) Is this correct? and if you can Stak the FEAT with a second shot can you use Many Shot along with Rapidshot along with a second attach to volley off 8 shots in a round? Please help.

When making a full-attack action with a ranged weapon, you can fire one additional time this round. All of your attack rolls take a –2 penalty when using Rapid Shot.

It's -2 on all your shots, and it's one extra shot per round, not per regular attack.

it would be 3 shots with rapid shot and a bab+6 (+4/+4/-1) before dex/magic other bonuses
