They got it approved and put an IV in him and sent him back out. Now he has to sit out here and wait for them to call him back again for the test. They better figure this s$$~ out....and soon.

Short answer: I don't know. After the 2nd test, I thought I was supposed to wait for results. They didn't tell me my family doctor would call me with the results and I was free to go.

Ugh, I'm still feeling icky from today's little adventure in CT scans...
Yeah the contrast dye does a number on your stomach.
And even though I went to sleep as soon as we got home, I kept waking up. One time in a lot of pain, but I just kept going back to sleep and now I feel like crap.
As much as I'd like to stay home, I think I'll go into work.
I'm gonna rage at fedex if my stuff doesn't show tomorrow. My tracking info said that they tried to deliver it but no one was home. I was home and my appartment office which holds these things typically, didn't close for another hour and a half. -.- I needz my internet back.
I can sympathize. I think anybody can.
I feel like crap on a stick that's held over a fire pit.

Hey none of that, it may not be easy to accomplish but you'll get a vacation at some point. Trust me, it will happen.
I haven't had a vacation in the last three years or so.....I don't know, maybe longer that hasn't revolved around myself being sick, hurt, or having surgery, or someone else being sick. The last real vacation we had was when we went to Eureka Springs for Henry's birthday a few years ago and it was just for about a week or so. So.....you can kunda see why I doubt it'll happen. Every time I save up time off me or somebody else gets sick or hurt and then I have to use it all up. I'm just so tired......I really need away from this place but, I can't afford to do that. They have me by the balls and they know it.

This was my first in 5 years. Flying to Kansas because my wife's mom was dying and being in the hospital for 2 weeks with bacterial meningitis doesn't really count. so I hear you.
But it will happen.
And I don't get paid for taking time off.
