Nice wasn't even thinking of using a double weapon, and a double weapon can be use with twf yeah? Not sure cause I've never used a double weapon character before.

If staying human, you'll have to burn a feat. Or go Half Elf with the Ancestral Arms trait. Use a 2-bladed sword.
And yes, you can TWF with a double weapon...
Double Weapons: Dire flails, dwarven urgroshes, gnome hooked hammers, orc double axes, quarterstaves, and two-bladed swords are double weapons. A character can fight with both ends of a double weapon as if fighting with two weapons, but he incurs all the normal attack penalties associated with two-weapon combat, just as though the character were wielding a one-handed weapon and a light weapon.

If you take a full attack, you will get 2 attacks, each having a -2 penalty.
Also assuming you have the TWF feat.
But to answer your question, yes you can two weapon fight with a double weapon and no TWF feat, but its a -6 penalty to your first attack and -10 to your second attack...not recommended...

Well my question is this, would I be able to cast shield of Faith and would that bonus stack with the two-weapon defense feat? If so, I'ma just keep it and maybe just drop dodge for a extra ninja trick/rogue talent and pick up vanishing trick.
But also I would already have 2 tricks to chose from so if twd didn't stack I would actually drop that for weapon training.
The original idea behind this character was to just be able to summon his own weapon and buff it with spells.

Don't TWF with this build. Wakazachis and shield. Don't dump your low BaB even further. Double weapons are good though because you can pull in 2 d8s and weapon focus applies to both ends. Plus if you only make one attack, I think you add 1.5 str... Need a fact check on that though.
Yeah, a double weapon can be used at 1 1/2 Strength as long as you're only using one end of it (you don't even need to be attacking only once, you just can't be using it to Two-Weapon Fight)
Also, "Ninja 4 / Metal Oracle X" sounds like it would be the name of some anime that everybody aside from a tiny cult following thinks is terrible.
