Most Ridiculous Adventures Possible?

Advice

Shadow Lodge

Hey all (again),
I am a part of a group that is currently in the middle of an adventure path, but occasionally, our DM will have to go somewhere or take a break, and I generally volunteer to step in and run the characters through an adventure. Since this only happens once every month, at best, I decided to let them do whatever they want for characters. Third party stuff, mainly (most of them don't go outside of Paizo except for the Death Mage).

So, in addition to ridiculous characters, I would also like to have ridiculous adventures. Unfortunately, I have found my ridiculous well much shallower than I thought, having been exhausted after only a few adventures. A few examples of adventures was having them infiltrate a giant undead heavy metal concert, infiltrating a classy party that turned out to be run by a guy who was REALLY into s&m, and fighting an army of undead.

They are all fairly overpowered for their level (10th), one has become a lich, another is min-maxed as crap to have hit points and armor class through the roof, and the rest are fairly optimized, ESPECIALLY when it comes to undead (they are pretty big fans of undead).

As for hooks, I don't really need any, as they have been basically forced into servitude by an eccentric wizard living in his own demiplane, who sends them through space and time to get s~+! done for him.

So, hit me with ideas if you happen to have any good ones! Our last session was just this saturday, so it'll be a while before I have to come up with something new.

Any suggestions would be fantastic!

Fantastic Voyage them.

Micro-miniaturize 'em, and inject them into some creature/person.
Add an apparatus of the crab for fun. Then just define all sorts of creatures reskinning existing things (like oozes and the like) to represent white and red blood cells, immune system responses, diseased/mutated cells, viruses, bacteria, et al.

Give 'em a task (kill some cancer cells, fix a failing heart valve, etc)... work out a map (using an existing circulatory system map if you have to) ... give 'em a starting point, and let them figure out how they are supposed to get out (if you want, put a time limit on the miniature effect, so that if they don't get out in time, they will return to normal size wherever they are, killing the patient.

Might be fun, though requires some prep work and a bit of biological knowledge to map things to.

Perhaps some random assignment has them setting off a trap, that randomly magic jars each them into the body of one of the others (perhaps adding in a few 'bonus' creatures to spice things up as far as choices go (npc's, monsters, farm animals, et al)). Keep their mental scores, but new physical ones... whether class abilities stay or travel with might vary. Just seems like it might be fun to swap character sheets (but not personalities) for a day. =)

Couple of thoughts anyway.

Candyland. Extra points if there are gnomes involved.

Make em all teenagers in a bad horror flick. Level 1 characters being chased by a big baddie, their goal is simply to evade and survive.

Run We Be Goblins.

Rise of the Ant lichqueen....

Shrink em too ant size and they have too infiltrate the colony..and exterminate this undead threat of tiny size.

The reversal.

The players control the monsters...while the dm trys too survive...with a level say level 1 charcter, blessed with a ring of regeneration of the gods. (regenration 5 fast heal.)

The haunted house.....need we say more.

reduce them too teens and preteens...@ 1/4 power and see what they do in the land of harry potter...before or after harry.

There transported too our world where magic doesn't exisit but theres only shows as illusion....

the horror movie is a great one but they all have too be transformed into big breasted idiots that don't realize when the big bad is down...you keep kicking untill there is a bloody pulp on the floor.

Last but not least the visit shreks world....

Doc Aquatic's Adventure Table is all you'll ever need.

I particularly like:
14. Attacked by urban enviroment; allies found in form of friendly snakes.
18. Ancient lich seeks new thrills by competing in mixed martial arts tournament.
19. Advancements in magically powered musical instruments climaxes with crew of grunge rock pirate bards clashing with clan of heavy metal viking bards; town threatened by collateral damage from killer solos. Crafty punk rock gypsies armed with enchanted accordians seek to capitalize on ensuing mayhem; all are united in effort to stick it to uptight paladins trying to bring them down. Powerful vibes attract glam rock demons and dirty hippies.
20. Dungeons give chase.
43. Gentlemanly british marksman hunts party for sport using only sheer grit, determination, and steam-powered railgun
45. Party stalked by assassin rumoured to dual-weild katars, in actuality dual-weilds keytars.
66. Large, upscale inn terrorized by wildly dancing yet stoic man
74. Impregnable floating fortress seiged by orcs with hang gliders
77. Powerful barbarian whose moustache grows to look like clock hands believes himself to be the one true clock, endeavors to smash every other timepiece in the world in order to become the Highlander.
79. Empire seiged by macho, sideburned elves; kingdoms fall one after another, as no one believes they exist
84. Ancient lich seeks new thrills by challenging party to race around the world.
87. Barbarian hordes burn down the ocean.
88. Barbarian hordes burn down the sun.

I think 84 could actually be a damn good campaign concept depending on setting (and lack of teleportation magic).

Liberty's Edge

When in doubt nothing says fun like murderous toys.

the most ridiculous adventure/campaign I was ever a part of...

Our cleric received a vision from his god to retrieve several artifacts of great power;

The Twin Shields of the Immortal Titans

The 13th Cog of Mechanicus

The Thread of fate of a living person.

After much turmoil and conflict, we have all the items, and in a fabulous display of power, the god came down from his plane and collected the items himself...

And turned them into a yo-yo.
