Advanced Firearms: Advanced firearms resolve their attacks against touch AC when the target is within the first five range increments, but this type of attack is not considered a touch attack for the purposes of feats such as Deadly Aim. At higher range increments, the attack resolves normally, including taking the normal cumulative –2 penalty for each full-range increment. Advanced firearms have a maximum range of 10 range increments.
It's range increment is 160ft. 160ft x 5=800ft. Max range of 1600ft. I don't think musket master changes anythig.

...Wow. That is some massive range for touch attacks. Thank you for clarifying that

Advanced Firearms normally only target touch AC for the first 5 range increments. The Deadeye deed allows you to extend that by one additional increment per grit point spent.
So you target touch for the first 800 ft., and can continue to target touch for each 160 ft beyond that by spending a grit point, up to 5 grit points and a range of 1600 ft.
Just to be clear.

I thought the touch attack was only resolved within the first range increment. Anything beyond that was against normal AC. Did I read it wrong?

Yes.
Early Firearms: "When firing an early firearm, the attack resolves against the target's touch AC when the target is within the first range increment of the weapon"
Advanced Firearms: "Advanced firearms resolve their attacks against touch AC when the target is within the first five range increments"

Normal Firearms != Advanced Firearms
In addition to not blowing up as frequently, they're sorta all around op. I would never ban firearms, but I would ban Advanced if they didn't fit with a setting.
