Grand ideas are fine and dandy but nothing is solved by having ideas. You have to take those ideas, make sure they work properly and be able to implement them. You failed to address any of the issues I brought up, thus it a remains truly lopsided and flawed idea.

That still does not devalue the statement, a lot of very smart and perceptive people have been 'sourpusses' and made people around them exasperated at best and furious at worst. In four generations Dingo likely won't be proven right because there is no practical method for getting this idea off the ground. No one has actually given it a leg to stand on.

What issues? Making the USA a safe haven for women has no issues - the concept is to ruin the rest of the world by taking in a billion plus women as citizens. For the amount of Money the USA ran up as national debt (yeah that 10+ trillion thing) is the same amount it would cost to provide homes on acre lots for a billion people. So its not as if it cant be achieved.
How to build the golden age america:
State owned Energy for industry: 1 million 6 megawatt wind turbines cost 25 trillion and has a profit of 200 trillion over 20 years. It will pay itself off after ten years.
A Megacity: 200 trillion would buy you 200 thousand of those tallest buildings in the world built by china (each capable of housing a thousand plus supporting commerce). So there is housing for 200 million people paid for in twenty years. Each building occupies an acre.
Even if it did play out like that (which it won't because all of the factions of the United States would have to be played like an infinitely complex instrument designed for a being with six separate respiratory systems and fifteen unique manipulating limb sets) it would promptly earn us the enmity of the rest of the world (most of which is considerably farther behind us when it comes to women's rights). Explain to me how we would defend our newly inflated population, mostly comprised of non-combatants, against the disenfranchised male populations of the rest of the world.
Please don't respond by saying we would shame the rest of the world into following our example. History has proven time and time again that the only response people in power ever seem to have once shamed is to make some really stupid decisions in order to reassert their superiority.
Also, the time-frame of the plan is absurd, without somehow covering it all up in a way that won't make China or Russia suspect we're planning WW3 we'd be sussed out and no doubt accusations of us waging cultural warfare would bog this grand mission down to a crawl. We would literally be building a city to house the world's women, any analyst with a calculator and two brain cells to rub together would see through most alibis we could come up with. Most first world countries would smile and pat us on the back while their citizens lampooned this quixotic quest in a hundred political rags. Everyone else (i.e. the countries our consumer state feeds off of) would probably not take to this as well.

Perhaps it is an idea of merit. The US could make some genetic research targeted at developing a collection lifeform. This lifeform would be in constant danger, so thick reptile scales could protect it, and putting its eyes on stalks would improve its survivability, especially if it had dozens of eyes. For the collection part of its job, it needs several tentacles for increased neutralization capability that does not harm the vict, uh, target. To make sure it gathers only the fertile women, it should at the very least take a secretion sample and conduct an IGS - Ivory Globe Study. It should naturally be able to reproduce, given that its woman-gathering task would be one of centuries. A slight problem would be that a creature such as this, the Biomorphic Emancipation Metahuman, or BEM, would be vulnerable to ray gun fire and would have a hard time reacting to enemies wearing jet belts or the like.

The worst Case Scenario: Having given citizenship to the worlds female population (and arranged to keep the male populace out) you do nothing more than give out free one way air tickets to Women abroad (and a place to live on arrival). The women prepared to leave their third world conditions will attempt to do so. As US citizens attempting to leave you will be justified in nuclear strikes if they are not aloud to leave. The ones who stay will loose further human rights at the hands of their oppressors thus resulting in the worst kind of horrors. Horrors of sufficient grounds to suspend the sovereignty of that nation. The worse things get for women in third world states the more will want to leave. in the end These nations will experience total collapse of their civilizations and cultures because they are incapable of giving freedom to Women. Any nation incapable of giving freedom from men to Women deserves extinction. And you wont even need to send in a single soldier. Just keep them at home to defend your borders and keep men out. And the rest of the world will slide into extinction. And every day US citizens will be enslaved, and raped and murdered and it will be the responsibility of the USA to watch.
