Headband of Ninjitsu and Ki

I am a rogue and really want this item but do I have to have ki points?

I assume you are referring to the Headband of ki focus or the ring of ki mastery...both require you to have ki points.

Link. The ki stuff looks like fluff to me. I see no reason why a ki-less rogue couldn't use it.

Ahhh, sorry for having the wrong item. Yeah that is definite fluff. Cool item that I will have to keep in mind for later. Wish the reposition was dirty trick instead. Theoretically you could use this in combination with a smoke stick to get sneak attack...hmmm....
