Hi, I know this may not be the right place for this but here goes...
Last go around with the kickstarter I thought the only way to get the maps and book was to pledge, it turns out I was wrong. So will the Emerald spire book, flipmaps and novel be available for sale seperately at some point? How about the repainted minis? I ask because I have zero interest in ANY mmo but collect ALL the pathfinder books and minis and if pledging will be the only way to get them I will. I will be disapointed but I will.

the $100 print bundle is available to all levels. If they do hit their goal, at a minimum you are looking at a 128 page adventure and 6 flip maps. The flip maps, if priced as every other flip map, would run about $84 or so ... which means if you pledged $105 to get the adventure and flip maps, you are getting a bargain.
If you want the minis, you're looking at $200 for 9 minis, 6 flip maps and a 128 page adventure at a minimum if they hit the $1M goal. Translates to ~$116 for the adventure and minis ... which is a bit steep unless they blow out their target.
If they hit $2M though, you're looking at a 21 or 22 level dungeon (estimate that page count at 220+ pages), 19 minis, and 16 flip maps ... if my math is correct and I am reading the stretch goals correctly.
And also the novel, the campaign cards, etc. For $200, it has the potential to be a really good turnout ... for $105 it has the potential for an incredible turnout.

No interest in the MMO, or the flipmats, or the novels, or the minis - is there a just the Hardback adventure option?
Well you should care a little because the kickstarter will determine how big your book gets. At the moment its all as a pack but, you can pledge at the $5 level and then add-on the Hardcopy pack for $100. They confirmed it yesterday on the forums.

The only way the printed stuff is going to be made is if the Kickstarter succeeds.... If you are interested in the items that they are offering you need to pay at least 105 dollars and hope others pledge so the Kickstarter is a success! If GW's goal is met, we all win those that just want the PnP items and those of us that want to play the MMO!

Okay, so wait. You don't have to pledge at a level that gets you PDF access in order to buy the print edition? Any chance you could link to that other forum, Valinar?

That was mention on the Kickstarter page and here is what it said.
"Additionally, the Emerald Spire book contains an overview of the Hellknight-influenced Fort Inevitable, one of the starting settlements in Pathfinder Online, as well as new monsters and magic items, lavish full-color illustrations, and elaborate full-page maps for each dungeon level."

First, my math was indeed off ... 2 levels per flip map, so at $2M it would be 11 flip maps, not 16.
One thing to consider if you are just interested in the adventure and nothing else in the print pack is you could always turn around and sell off the flip maps, novel and cards. At the $105 level, you're looking at the same price range as Rappan Athuk (granted, if the KS just hits the $1M goals and no more, it's weighing in at a bit over 1/4 of the size). If you pledge $105 and turn around and sell off the flip maps, novel and cards for $30 - $50 (which I think you could probably get ... figure it works out to $6-$8/ flip map with the other two items as "bonus items"), you're looking at the $55-$75 range for the adventure.
Of course, depending on how the KS fares, you could be looking at a larger book, with more material to sell off to reduce your overall end price point.

Yes, a lot of folk need to realise that this only becomes reality IF the Kickstarter goal is met.
I, at least, fully realize this. Based on the OPs post about how s/he just collects All The Pathfinder Things, I suspect that s/he doesn't actually care too much whether the print product exists, but if it does, s/he wants it. That's kind of where I am too. While it'd be pretty cool to have a megadungeon in print, I'm not excited enough about the prospect of an MMO to consider funding the online game itself. I don't have the time or the inclination to play MMOs anymore. I'm just really completionist about stuff - that's the flavour of my particular OCD.
Also, thanks for the link, Valinar.

I guess it comes down to this... The PnP fans will benefit from this Kickstarter succeeding, because the printed pack will become a reality. We just need the PnP fans to support at the lowest level of the kickstarter ($5) and up their pledge to by $100 to receive the print package with all the goodies. If the Kickstarter fails you lose nothing and if it succeeds you receive some really cool stuff for you PNP game.

Question about this book: Will the entire page count of Emerald Spire be dedicated to actual TTRPG content, or will a significant portion of it be information and marketing material for the upcoming MMO, as was the case with Thornkeep?
Unlike Thornkeep, this one's going to be all adventure and source material.

I frankly would have rather seen Paizo do a kickstart for the Emerald spire and minis and leave this MMO alone.
Thanks for sharing your opinion. For those of us who have been incredibly excited about this MMO for over a year now - including the CEO of Paizo - this Kickstarter was a great opportunity to show our support.

Not having the cash to support the now finished and funded KS, will this book be available here later like thornkeep?

Creative people usually produce more/better in synergy with other creative people. Having the MMO should benefit PnP just as the association with PnP should benefit the MMO.

+1
Providing of course no-one tries to import the MMO rules into the PnP game :D
