The marid sorcerer bloodline (and the elemental: cold bloodline) turn your energy spells into cold spells, including their descriptors. Is this sufficient to allow a multiclassed Winter Witch archtype to have spells originally with the fire descriptor?
Do these altered-to-cold spells count for the requirements on the Winter Witch prestige class?
I would say yes, since you are able to cast them as cold.
If you get automatic fire spells from some other source (Say, a dip into Oracle with the Blackend curse, granting Burning Hands), how does that interact with Ice Magic?

I would rule that the combination does not work.
The Marid bloodline does affect spells from other classes (as per the FAQ). However, the descriptor change is made at casting time, and not when you learn the spell. Therefore, you cannot learn the "cold version" of the spell separately, as the spell you need to add to your familiar is Burning Hands, which has the fire descriptor.

Dropping the prestige class question for the more general question.
Does Ice Magic block only Witch spells with fire being learned, or ALL spells with fire, even if you learn them through sorcerer/oracle/whatever?
Ice Magic does say "A winter witch cannot learn or cast spells with the fire descriptor at all". I would say that you cannot learn or cast fire spells from any source.
