Order # 2329206 still 'Pending'?

My card shows that I've been charged, but according to my order history this is still showing as pending. Just curious to know what is up.

You placed the order on 11/22 and were immediately charged $9.99 for the print/PDF bundle (because the PDF became available immediately). The remainder should ship from our warehouse in 2 to 6 business days from the date of purchase. Since we were closed Thursday and Friday for Thanksgiving, today is actually the first business day since the order was placed.

The good news is that your order is already in the shipping queue and should be going out at any time now.

What you're showing is most likely an authorization - they need to make sure you have the funds, so they place a hold on them as they prepare the package, and do not actually charge you until it ships.

I'm not sure when you placed the order, but paizo offices were closed thursday-sunday, so between that and their black friday sale, I'm sure its taking a little longer than usual to get packages out the door
