Awhile back I saw a picture on this website of a panda person. It looked like a Pandaran from WOW, in the full Asian garb. I do not remember seeing it in any book, so I was searching for it on the site but I cannot find it.
Anyone remember what it was?
Are you sure it wasn't on a Pathfinder wiki with the Rise of the Pandarans or whatever it's called as an ad banner? (Sorry, not a WoW player, but I've seen that ad a lot lately)

That was what I first thought of. A drunken red panda called a tanuki. I can't wait to meet one.
EDIT: Raccoon dog rather than red panda.
