Yes to Iron Body and Enlarge Person.
Enlarge Person is all size bonuses while Iron Body is enhancement bonuses. Now, Iron Body's Strength bonus will NOT stack with the Belt of Giant Strength if you are wearing one.
Usually bonuses don't stack, so I am inclined to say no to the Enlarge Person and Giant Form, but I am not sure what everyone else will say...I don't see why it would be a problem to allow it (you'd be REALLY easy to hit and HUGE so not often will you fit where you are fighting unless outside), but I think that will end up being a GM call.

I thought at first that Iron Body would not work with Giant Form, but it looks like Iron Body is not a polymorph effect, so they should mesh just fine. You'd have a negative 8 penalty on Dex, but that's your business :)
Enlarge Person and Giant Form will not stack since they both increase your size. Also, I think that Giants are not eligible for (person) spells, since they are (giant) types and not (humanoid)s so as soon as you became a giant you would no longer be a valid target for the spell.

From the Enlarge Person Spell:
Multiple magical effects that increase size do not stack.
So, per that it should not stack enlarge person with Giant Form since both would be considered magical effects that increase size.
Now Iron body does not state anywhere that it is size increasing and, since it is not a polymorph effect, would stack just fine with said effects. Nothing in RAW to stop you from being an Iron Giant or Iron Dragon.

The rules states that only one polymorph spell can be active at a time. However, how does one know which spell is polymorph type? The descriptions on pfsrd20 actually list next to the word transmutation that they are polymorph, like this: transmutation (polymorph).
This seems to suggest enlarge can be used with iron body.

I know Hero Lab isn't perfect, but I just tried a mix of different spell effects on a character and this is what it gave me:
Stacking:
Undead Anatomy 3 (Huge)
Enlarge Person
Monstrous Physique III (Huge)
Iron Body
Do they really have that many errors with transmutation spells or am I understanding the rules incorrectly?

Undead Anatomy = transmutation (polymorph) (any STR/Dex bonuses are size related)
Enlarge Person = transmutation (size bonus to STR)Monstrous Physique = transmutation (polymorph) (any STR/Dex bonuses are size related)
Iron Body = transmutation (enhancement bonus to Str)
So, Undead Anatomy and Monstrous Physique will not stack (both Polymorph)
And Iron body will stack with any of them (Enhancement bonus stack with size bonuses), but most of the rest will not stack, as they are all size bonuses.
