Alternatively Canter gives a larger buff (+5 i think) but only to pass hidden messages.Archetypes-wise, Rake will give you an extra +1 bluff & diplomacy for every 3 levels. You do give up your trapfinding and trap sense though.
Additionally, the rogue talent Honeyed Words will let you - once a day - roll twice for a Bluff check and take the higher result.

The Spy rogue archetype lets you add 1/2 your Rogue level to your Bluff (only to verbally deceive, not to transmit hidden messages or Feint in combat).
Note: the Spy rogue archetype does not stack with the Rake rogue archetype.

You can, as long as they don't replace the same class features.
which generally means no cause they pretty much all kill trapfinding...
Dip into Inquisitor, infiltrator archetype. Guileful Lore lets you add your WIS to Bluff and Diplomacy checks as well as the usual modifier, all at first level :)
Psychic Warrior- Dervish path. Cleric with air and travel domain sure looks attractive.
