Concentration - Line of Effect Requirement?

Rules Questions

Hi I was under the impression that line of effect was required to maintain spells with the duration of concentration, but can't seem to find any rules reference of this kind.

Like say I'm in a box with a solid door in it. I cast silent image of an orc, walk out of the box and close the door while still concentrating. Does the image vanish or persist?

Thanks.

You must have a clear line of effect to any target that you cast a spell on or to any space in which you wish to create an effect. You must have a clear line of effect to the point of origin of any spell you cast.

I guess I'm asking if concentration counts as casting for line of effect concerns such as this.

You are being getting tied up in the Concentration aspect of the spell. It is STILL the same spell......so you need clear line of effect as stated. You illusions allow you to keep changing them with round to round concentration, therefor you still need to see the area.

That's what I was thinking intuitively, I just couldn't find it in the rules explicitly. I guess its not really there.
