Bladebound- 'Conflict' in PFS

We know that the Bladebound archetype for Magus is legal. I, however, have a question regarding any 'conflict' that might come up. For example, my character's Black Blade is NG. If the wielder was dominated by a Demon, I think it would go "Nope, stop the crazy train, I'm in charge now." and try to exert dominance.

Could this be used to undo harmful mind-affecting affects, such as fear or domination?

Fear: Probably not, since it would have been dropped when the PC got affected by the fear effect

Domination: Possibly. Of course, there will be the required Will save for determining dominance, and then I would think there would be an opposed Charisma check, like in a multiply Charmed situation, to determine which orders the PC would actually obey.

Depending on what other mind affecting spell is used, is whether the Black Blade would attempt to take control or not.

You and your sword are both being run by the same Player. If your sword (run by your player) is trying to dominate you (run by your player) then I don't see the Player vs Player conflict.

Heck, the blade/familiar parts of the RP are some of the funnest. Sitting at a table and role playing only *part* of a conversation is a hoot.

As in, 'conflict where the Intelligent Item tries to dominate the wielder'.

He is not talking about the blade dominating the character normally, but in situations where the PC has been Dominated/Charmed/etc by one of the baddies, and whether the blade can then try to do its own domination to get the PC back on track.

I have played modules and scenarios where this is a valid, if not potentially vital, question.
