What do they look like?

Do they have non-mammal mammaries or is it a sort of "you're looking at one now" thing?

That's the part I was referring to as "kinda weird", yes. Unless I utterly suck at figuring out what those white-protrusions are right where the breasts would be.

The one in the book is naked, and covered in scales. It's non-anatomically correct for a female human, but apparently is for a Nagaji. Think a green scaled Barbi doll with a ridge down it's back and spikes along it's chin. So it has mounds, but not really breasts (given there's no secondary characteristics on the body). It appears the Nagaji internalize all their reproductive organs, both male and female.
