Undead anatomy II or Monstrous Physique III questions

Rules Questions

I have a few questions about how these spells work as polymorph line skills while reduced in power from 3.5 have seemed to gain alot more complexity on what you actually get from them.

If I chose a Large Vampire (say an Ogre Vampire) would that be a legitimate target for UA II? and if so what attacks would I get? I figure I lose energy drain, but I should get 2 slams and a bite at 1d8? or is it still 1d6 as per UA I?

Similar questions for MP III as im tossing up between them is there even a huge monstrous humaniod thats an allowable choice? if not is there a good form that gets a decent amount of abilities?

Cursory search allowed me to find one Huge monstrous humanoid: Thriae Queen but she has little of abilities that would be granted by monstrous physique. Apparently this spell is better to get medium or large form with greater number of abilities than 3rd level version.

Just take the form of a giant minotaur, or any large monstrous humanoid with the giant template.

As for natural attacks, check this table.

I think that important part of the question is: do the polymorph spells allow taking form of creature with a template? (hello, all these lovely half-dragon shapes available)

Considering that polymorph spells specifically limit the gained abilities, I see no harm in allowing a spell intended to turn the caster into a huge thing to turn him into a huge thing.
In the end it is the GM that will allow it or not, but a giant minotaur is a monstrous humanoid and as such a valid mounstrous physique 3 form. Getting fly, pounce, ferocity or whatever is not really the point.

PS : As far as 3rd party or fan content is allowed, there is manimal triceratops, which is an augmented animal.
