Just a few ideas...

Water Elemental + Celestial Template + Holy enhancement to slam attack ="HolyWater Elemental". The creature hails from a place where the Positive Energy Plane (or Heaven) and The Water Planes overlap. It also burns undead like a living pool of acid.

Fire Elemental + Fiendish Template = "HellFire Elemental". The creature hails from a place where Hell and the Plane of Fire overlap. Half of its damage is fire, the other half is Unholy damage.

Earth Elemental + Celestial Template = "Sacred Ground Elemental". The creature usually dwells near good-aligned churches. Anytime innocent blood is spilled on the sacred ground, the elemental comes out of the ground to quell the transgressor. Dwarves love these things.

Air Elemental + Celestial Template = "Kamikaze (Divine Wind)". Samurai, Ninja, and Monks revere these creatures who defend their shorelines from enemy vessels.

cool idea

Cast enhance water on a water elemental to get a booze elemental, Cayden's favorite monster.

Lol, a Guiness Elemental sounds great!

so a permanently hasted water elemental? :P

To defeat it you have to attack it with mugs and tankards and drink it. Fortitude saves negate insomnia, but if you succeed you're immune to fatigue and may act as if hasted for up to 10 rounds (used in 1 round increments) within the next 24 hours.

If only there were a way to grapple, pin, and then drain the Coffee Elemental's CON as a vampire does with living creatures. Espresso!

Since this is a "do fun things with elementals", summon a shark into a water elemental.

And ignore the "can't summon into something" rule.

What about nested elementals? small elemental inside of medium inside of large inside of huge/greater/elder

I quite like that idea.

Have the lager elemental attack while the smaller vortexed on the inside. If nothing else it would look really cool.

With a good aligned sun/fire goddess, Golarion could also make sense to have good aligned "Sunfire Elementals" that do half fire damage and half divine damage, and, perhaps like flame blade, double damage vs. undead.

Fiendish-templated earth elementals could be Gravestone Elementals, and fiendish-template water elementals be called Drowning Pools (and act as unholy water) and fiendish-template air elementals be called Carrion Winds (and perhaps carry a sickening miasma of rotting flesh). Golarion's evil aligned Elemental Lords would likely have servants of these sorts.

With Abadar and Torag being two of the most prominent Earth-domain dieties in the setting, lawful/axiomite template earth elementals might be even more common than the 'Hallowed Ground' elementals above.

Shelyn would be a good source of 'Divine Wind' good-template air elementals, in Golarion.
