I've created a spreadsheet listing every Pathfinder Society Scenario and Module based on the information found on the Paizo site.
The Scenarios are ordered by Tier as well as by Season.
I created this as an aid for local organizers to keep track of where and when scenarios are run in their city/area. Players can also use this to keep track of what scenarios they have played and with what characters.
I hope you find this helpful and umm lawful?

Missing:
Blood Under Absalom
Curse of the Riven Sky
Race for the Runecarved Key
The Rats of Round Mountain, Part 1: The Sundered Path
The Temple of Empyreal Enlightenment
The Rats of Round Mountain, Part 2: Pagoda of the Rat
The Goblinblood Dead
The Golden Serpent
Storming the Diamond Gate
Portal of the Sacred Rune
The Cyphermage Dilemma
Rise of the Goblin Guild
In Wrath's Shadow
The Golemworks Incident
King of the Storval Stairs
Typo "Murder on the Horny Mermaid"?
Modules should have a spread, EX Feast of Ravenmoor is written for 3rd level PCs but under PFS rules a PC from levels 2-4 may play it.
Otherwise, nice spreadsheet :)

I wasn't going to nit-pick, but since this is getting a wide distribution now ...
You might want to correct some of the errors in the sheet and use the correct names as listed on the Paizo website.
For example, modules are not "Tier 1" or "Tier 3" etc. They are "Level 1" or "Level 3", etc. If you want to list their Tier, you need to provide the level range of -1 to +1 level as in Tier 1-2 for a Level 1 module or Tier 2-4 for a Level 3 module.
The scenarios with a level range of 1-5 are Tier 1-5 (not Tier 1-2/4-5). The proper term is Sub-tier 1-2 & 4-5.
The proper code for "First Steps—Part I: In Service to Lore" is Intro-1 not 03-INTRO.
Same for "First Steps—Part II: To Delve the Dungeon Deep" it is Intro-2 not 03-INTRO.
And part III is Intro-3 not 03-INTRO.
The Specials are just Specials. Like modules, they do not have a code.
At this point, it's not really necessary to include an extra 0 in the scenario codes. Technically, season 0 and season 1 scenarios do not use a leading number, but adding the 0- or 1- is common practice. For season 2 and 3 it is just 2- or 3- as in 2-01 or 3-01, etc.
Also, don't forget the Exclusive: 3-EX The Cyphermage Dilemma (sub-tiers 1-2 & 4-5).

Hmmm, this thread is a little old but thought I'd post the PFS Scenario Tracker I created here for anyone who is interested in it. I also created a link to it in the General Discussion thread here. Any questions probably best to post there to keep everything in one place!
