The card I normally have my subscriptions charged to has been reissued. The only thing that has changed is the expiration date and I can't seem to find a way to update it. The new expiration is 1/16. Just wanted to make sure everything goes through OK.

Ah, thank you. I was on my tablet, must have missed that.
Just got the email that there was a problem processing my payment, don't know if changing the information now will resolve it, but changing the expiration date should allow the payment to go through.

In addition to your My Subscriptions page, you can change the payment method on this order using your My Payment Methods page. There is also a link in the email which you can use.
I generally prefer that this sort of thing is handled directly by the customer in order to create a nice paper trail. ...which is always good when dealing with credit card matters. :)

Should be all set now, I didn't realize I had to add it as a new card, so I kept looking for a way to edit the details of the old card.
I'm stuck at work for the rest of the day, so if there's a further issue, email me, as I wont be on the boards until I get home, which will be an hour or so after your offices close.
