You're thinking Pathfinder Alpha or 3.5. Nowadays favored class is decided totally by the player character not by a race.
Or in short, you can choose any base or core class to be a favored class for any character, regardless of race.
If you're thinking of alternative favored class bonuses, none. Because those bonuses were set in the Advanced Players Guide, and haven't been updated for anything that came out afterwards.

I think the race book that is coming out have them.
This.
Magus came out after the APG (the only book to have alternate FC bonuses thus far), so there are none at the moment.
But the Advanced Races Guide will have such options for every main race for every class, so wait till then and you're good.

I think he's asking about specific FC bonuses... (that replace the 1 hp/skill choice)
I'm not sure any have been printed yet.
I found the answer I was looking for:
Favored Class
Each character begins play with a single favored class of his choosing—typically, this is the same class as the one he chooses at 1st level. Whenever a character gains a level in his favored class, he receives either + 1 hit point or + 1 skill rank. The choice of favored class cannot be changed once the character is created, and the choice of gaining a hit point or a skill rank each time a character gains a level (including his first level) cannot be changed once made for a particular level. Prestige classes (see Prestige Classes) can never be a favored class.
