had a question come up in a game and couldn't find anything in the forums.
if an arcane archer uses manyshot and rapid shot for a full round action can you also use the ability to imbue an arrow with a spell? or does the fact that it takes up the casting time make this impossible?
also just to clarify, only one arrow per round can be imbued, but all 3 would have the elemental enhancement, right?
Imbue Arrow allows you to shoot an arrow as part of casting a spell, not cast a spell as part of shooting an arrow. So no, no rapid or many shot, or full attack action.
If you imbue the arrow with a spell it is a standard action, and as part of that action you get to make an attack.
Since Manyshot and Rapidshot are full round actions you can not combine the two.
As for the elemental enhancement every arrow fired gets to use that. It is not even an action.
