I recently made a purchase of individual minis from the pathfinder battles line (yesterday actually) and after my order was processed a Case of Heroes and Monsters appeared in my cart. I didn't want to delete it if it was serving a the place holder for my Pathfinder battles case subscription, but since I have already gotten my case and was just rounding out my set with some additional singles, I was puzzled.

I'm not sure why the case appeared in your shopping cart, but I have a few suspicions. However, none are of any consequence to you.
The case is not any sort of placeholder and has no effect on your subscription. You can feel free to remove the case from your shopping cart without affecting anything.
