Where to take my Witch?

Advice

Sources: Core and APG. No free traits, 20 point buy.

We're playing Runelords Anniversary. Party is a rogue, a fighter and a Battle Oracle. I was playing a Wizard because we used to have a Cleric, but the player left because he doesn't have the time to play anymore. I didn't want to place all healing duty on the Oracle alone, so I talked to my GM and switched my Wizard to a Witch.

I'm a bit unsure what to do with her , though. She's pretty standard so far. And I'm looking for hints on where to take her.

Spoiler:
Human Witch 2
Str 8 Dex 12 Con 13 Int 20 Wis 10 Cha 10
Feats: Improved Initiative, Extra Hex
Hexes: Evil Eye, Cackle, Healing
Familiar: Greensting Scorpion
Patron: Healing

Compared to a Wizard, the Witch's spell list sucks. I was considering to either focus on Enchantment (with Greater Focus) or on Necromancy. I'd rely on spectral hand and reach spell to deliver Necro touch attacks.

I know Runelords goes to levels 15+, so I aim for Spell Perfection. Not sure which spell to pick, though. Hold monster seems nice with double greater spell focus and persistent or quicken.

So... any thoughts?

Why does the witch spell list suck?
Granted you do not have all spells a wizard has, but give the old wizard a break. He sucks otherwise!
You can heal, have your hexes wich make you imho the best debuffer in the game and get some divine spells too!
So the healing is done!
Now debuffing:
Misfortune + Sleep Hex
Buffing:
Scar+Fortune
Improved familiar:
A few thematically great ones there!
Spells:
I am a sucker for long time buffs, that grant me the ability to do other things in combat. Like Evil eye and Misfortune and enervation.

Grand Lodge

Next, Misfortune Hex, Slumber Hex, and Ability Focus(Slumber Hex).

If you can still adjust stats, drop that Int to 19 (raise again at 4th level and all others) and increase dex/con with those points.

You'll need the AC and hp both later, and any attack spells are usually ranged touch if they have an attack roll. For backup weapon light xbow... just to have a weapon if needed.

Other than that, you might want to look at point blank and precise if you want to use ranged attack spells, and with the scorpion Imp Init is fun, but not needed for the casting feats you will need.

Spell foc/gr spell foc, spell pen/gr spell pen, crafting feats if desired, point blank and precise, spell specialization can be awesome, if you find level based spell effects that you like (and it changes to new spells as you level). It's in UM, but since your patron is also from that book I assume you can use it?

Stats are fixed. It's not gonna happen anytime soon but RotRL runs to level 17, so I get +4 int from levels and an even score should help in the end. I'll boost Dex and Con with threefold aspect and eventually with a belt. Mybe I'll try to fit Craft Wondrous in there somewhere.

No stuff from UM other than the patron. GM's ok with it as it only has Core+APG spells and is used to help the party.

I won't go Improved Familiar. Wands+UMD is a tad too cheesy for my liking. I'd rather have the +4 Init.

I got my hexes covered and I'm mostly looking of a good feat-selection that's centered around making my spells better.

Right now I'm thinking about sometihing like:
3 - Spell Focus Ench, 5 - Greater SF Ench, 7 - Persistent Spell, 9 - Spell Penetration, 11 - Quicen Spell, 13 - Some Meta Magic (reach?), 15 - Spell Perfection.

Looking good? Any glaring mistakes or advice for improvements?
