The spell is Certain Grip. Which is not personal and is meant to be a buff used on the martial types, much like Haste, Bull's Strength, or most any other buff spell.
That's why I didn't find it. It's a 2nd level spell with the intention of being used on the martial. I'm fine with that. Though, doesn't say anything about automatically confirming criticals.
Personally, I liked Ultimate Combat and didn't mind them having some spells, since we do have some martial caster types like the Bard, Magus, Paladin, etc.

Some kind of Ultimate Tech book.
A book about all the technological things in the Golarion system (including other planets).
Something like Ultimate Locations which details a bunch of different sites across Golarion with maps, background info, adventure ideas, etc. creature ideas or encounter suggestions. stuff like that.
Ultimate Villains would be cool too. A book about evil stuff with a huge NPC gallery of different villains at a variety of levels (like 3, 6, 10, 15, 20).

Ultimate Races
Create some geographic, socio political, economic, religious racial sub types.
Slight racial changes, adding and removing of skills and bonuses to help build that better back story. Help build the more rounded character.
Not all humans are from the same area but they all get the same skills.
Some elves come from "darker" places
The mountain ranges, forests and wetland areas vary dramatically. So should races.

Ultimate Equipment doesn't sound like it'll have technological things (as is generally understood by the phrase), but rather it'll be an expansion of a lot of mundane items as well as magical items.
I suppose I should actually say what I'd like:
* Factions and organization. Hot droppable ones would be wonderful. Keep the flavor generic enough so that the GM can adapt the rewards to any of their organization, but provide rewards for PCs for advancing within it. Increases player involvement with GM's organizations (huge win) and rewards the players (yay carrots).
* A book with pre-made buildings, with the layout and basic things outlined, as well as possible secrets. This way a GM can easily drop these in when needed.
* A short (32?) page book that provides supporting options to all the archetypes and prestige classes that have unique Menu Option Choice class features. Things like the Skirmisher ranger, the Stalwart Defender, or even the Battle Herald. Things that wouldn't get such support elsewhere. Hell, maybe even a blog post with this. Yea, a blog post would be better.
* More haunts.
* Pre-made dungeon delves. Not just outlines, but fully detailed ones. Red Redoubt would no doubt be on the top of my list!

Cheapy wrote:I'm also fairly certain you can only disarm items held in hand. Otherwise the Steal Combat Maneuver would be useless. It says you can choose one item the creature is carrying. As far as I can tell it does not require the creature to be holding the item in their hands.
I'm pretty sure that's exactly what they mean by "carry." I usually don't use that word when I'm referring to something in my pockets, or around my neck, but I see where that can be annoying.
RAI I think it's clear that they mean wielded.

I'd like to see a follow up to either the apg, UC or Um maybe an APG2 that addresses many of the issues ad request that people on the message boards had with the previous books and current rules.
-- Like a combat themed archetype that should have been in UC for the oracle or sorcerer
-- A CG paladin like class or archetype, Same for an LE anti-paladin like class or archetype

Also I don't know if this can be done but if it could this would be awesome...
An Ultimate book made completely from message board suggestions
Example...
The book comes out in March 2013
They can announce people to make archetypes for class one on Monday, these are due by the Thursday, and only the 1st 50 that met the format are posted on Friday to be voted on. That next Monday voting is closed and announce people to make archetypes for class two, also due on Thursday. And that goes on for all of the classes. For each vote the top 8 become part of the new book. After that the same is done for prestige classes, feats and spells.
Spells and feats will have a different format, 100 posted top 25 pass. But 18 weeks for class archetypes, 1 week for prestige classes, 4 weeks for feats (4 rounds), and 4 weeks for spells (4 rounds). If someone's Idea was accepted then their submission is removed in any new entries. A person can only put in one entry at a time. After all voting is done R&D making sure the game is balanced. Then a truly community made Ultimate book
144 archetypes
8 prestige classes
100 feats
100 spells

Ultimate Heroics (Heroism?)
Allow for the expansion/adaptation of skills.
Create different ways in which someone can be a hero, not just by blowing things up/chopping them to pieces.
Add rules for creating a skill battle that is just as gripping as a physical battle. At the very least rules for a diplomacy/bluff confrontation (if you don't think diplomacy can't be heroic/gripping/funny, watch anything by Aaron Sorkin).
I agree -1 to Skill Tricks, they were a patch (a decent one, but we can fix things at the source here). Instead, Feat chains with multiple skill trick-type abilities?
Add expanded rules for settings and more specifically genres different from standard fantasy.
Example: Noir Rules
Every character has a tragic flaw: alcoholism, greed, cowardice, that the GM may invoke once per session.
Alignment becomes dependent on self-awareness. A psychopath could be convinced that he is a paragon of virtue, and that everything he's done is justified. A paladin trying to detect evil on him would get a strange, fuzzy reading.
Bad luck: a table similar to random encounters, except once per session, something just goes wrong for everyone. Their lot gets stolen, their wife leaves them, the critical piece of equipment breaks, that magic item turns out to be a cheap knockoff and burns out after two uses.
If using hero points, recover a hero point when doing something particularly hard-boiled/pointlessly idealistic in this uncaring world.
Other settings/ideas: Wild West, High Intrigue (Game of Thrones), Medieval Superhero (Marvel's 1602).
