How do I survive this?

Thank you. He used to let us do whatever we wanted. Now the game's ending in less than 7 more games. He's keeping track to his plan. His exact words of why he's controlling what I do was,"We're ending anyway, why not kill your party." I get there early enough that he writes on a piece of paper what I have to do.(Kill _, don't ever surrender, ext.) He's pretty much a nice guy, with a lot of funny jokes.

Your DM is adding a cinematic experience to the game however it's dictating the game.

Call me crazy but this might be somewhat of a misunderstanding and/or a mix of in character versus out of character information. It sounds like you have a cursed ring with a compulsion to not discard it. This is pretty common. It is possible the ring or the Lycanthropy is causing the alignment change or both. The not being able to cut your finger off is due to the curse, because you are deluded into not removing the ring. I would ask for some clarification on what your character knows verses what you have learned that is out of character info.

Does the rest of the group know you are now a werewolf? Are they doing anything about it?

Does the rest of the party suspect you have a cursed ring? Are they doing anything about it?

This guy reminds me of a GM I had when I was young.

I hated him...

We didn't play with him anymore.

It sounds like a DM without a whole lot of experience. I've found it's easiest to introduce new people and dungeon masters through "one-off" adventures, where there's not a whole lot of continuity or storyline, just a couple fights, a cool setpiece, maybe some traps, and you're done. That helps get players used to mechanics and lets the DM get practice in storytelling before (s)he gets into building their own campaign. Pre-written modules, especially the Pathfinder Adventure Paths, are also really good places to start as a DM, and even as an experienced DM I love using them. Saves me a lot of work moving between groups.

If he is experienced then it sounds like he has a plan and the personality to domineer and make that plan happen. It sucks, and it's annoying and takes a lot away from the fun of the game and usually these kinds of people tend to make dramatic campaigns that are very, very narrow. Hopefully it's the former and not the latter, but if it is just a domineering tendency in your DM you might want to speak with the other players and ask if everyone wants to run a module on the next campaign. Curse of the Crimson Throne is very fun, and Council of thieves is also cool.

Good luck!

Wow. Why not? Because that sucks. I'm glad you're getting some amusement out of the situation, but... wow.

Thanks for the clarification. It's official. We can't help you.

You should tell the other players, otherwise they might start to hate you for betraying their PCs and stuff.

Another question to all who read this:

To save the world we need a couple of items. One of the most hard to get is the one we failed at getting. We need a Chaotic Evil Red Dragon to GIVE us one of his scales. Two problems there:

1) We can't fight him or offer anything in return. How in the world do we get this?

2)He won't give it to us likely because again, he's CHAOTIC EVIL!!!!

I need all of your help. It's not impossible he says but what do you think I should do?

As to get the RED DRAGON SCALE you could offer your services to retreive a magical item the dragon doesnt have to add to its horde.Or you could trick orc's to enter the dragon lair to feed the dragon to get your item.

Uh... hm. Wow. So, uh, I hope he enjoyed GMing this campaign, because I have a feeling he's going to have trouble finding enough players to start a second one.

He might be hoping "Duna" doesn't tell the other player, so "duna" takes all the blames, and he get away with it.

Void Munchkin, pretty much. But he makes it kinda fun so I'm ok with it. It's gonna end soon so why not.

Kinda. That's my first objection. As a DM I aim a heck of a lot higher than having my players say the game is "kinda fun".

As for why not, I don't know your group. My first answer would be something like "when players spend X months building up a history of being good guys who do great things, it's spiteful showboating to twist things around so they're destroyed." It's like kicking in someone's sandcastle on a beach. The end of this campaign appears to be about the DM, not about the players. Shrug.

Well he is just coaching a game for me and a few other people. The game is ending possibly in three weeks. It's not the end of the world, here that is...

I just made a video for YouTube about parts of my character on my sister's game. Check it out:
