I put it on advice because we're using official rules rather than homebrew ones.
Lol. Sound Striker Bard with performance Oratory? The problem with it is that it's damage and no trip or bullrush. I'm basically looking for a warrior-type build with aoe bullrush. Magus maybe? Is there a low level spell that can do this?

GOT IT
Discordant Blast
Bard 4/ V, S
You create a wave of thunder and force, either in a 10-foot radius burst centered on you or in 30-foot cone-shaped burst.
Creatures in the area take 3d6 points of sonic damage and are pushed away as if bull rushed. Make a combat maneuver check and apply its results to each creature in the area. Your CMB for this bull rush is equal to your caster level plus your Charisma modifier. This bull rush does not provoke an attack of opportunity. A discordant blast cannot penetrate a silence spell (or any similar magical silence effect).
Bard 4 spells come at level 10 though.

I wonder why this was moved. It's a build, not a conversion.
This board includes both existing rule conversions(e.g. Temple of Elemental Evil to PF rules) and "build my fave fictional character" threads from how I see it.
Now, I'd actually go for magus myself, for a more martial feel. He doesn't get as many "shouts", but does get evocations and martial skill aplenty without relying on performance that the iconic dovahkiin, arguably, doesn't use.
Human Skirnir might fit the bill. Certainly includes the popular enchantment part of the game rather faithfully.
Some "shouty" spells include:
- Shout, naturally
- Firebreath, very draconic and iconic
- Gust of Wind is similar to hydraulic push, but more like exhaling
- Burst of Speed/Force Hook Charge, both can be used to represent the speed type shout the dovahkiin gains at the Throat of the World
- Dragon's Breath, well sure
- River of Wind/Wall of Sound, both make you a master of voice
Hope this helps someone, if you are vehement on going bard.
