So I'm making a character that is a ranger 2 / sorcerer 3 / dragon disciple... The concept is his green dragon blood gives him an affinity for the forest, hence the ranger levels.
I was basing this around having the claw attacks from the draconic bloodline be his main weapon, but I realized that I would only have 6 rounds of use per day, which isn't enough.
So since I was going 2 levels of ranger anyway for flavor, I figured I would just take aspect of the beast, and improved natural weapon (combat style feat + 3rd level feat). But now I am confused.
The draconic claws improve as you increase your sorcerer level, starting at 1d4 at 1st, considered magic weapons at 5th, 1d6 damage at 7th, energy damage at 11th. (Of course, the number of uses never goes up sadly, and there is no feat for extra bloodline powers).
Meanwhile, the aspect of the beast claws would start out at 1d4, increase to 1d6 because of the improved natural weapon feat, and be available all the time as I read it.
So what happens when these two interact? Are they considered magic at 5th level for a certain number of rounds a day, as per the bloodline power? do they only increase in damage for a certain number of rounds a day at 7th?

Basically, by RAW, yes. Aspect of the Beast gives you a different set of claws than the bloodline does. However, since Aspect of the Beast gives you claws permanently and the bloodline gives them to you for a certain number of rounds, I can see why there is confusion.
At my table, I'd basically say that the draconic bloodline augments your regular claws for a number of rounds per day based on the bloodline ability, otherwise they are just a normal set of claws.
One thing to note, however, is at 7th level (when the bloodline improves the claws by a damage die), your claws will be doing 1d8 instead of 1d6. Why? Your Improved Natural Attack (Claws) applies to the base damage. When the bloodline ups your damage from 1d4 to 1d6, you are actually going from 1d6 (due to INA) to 1d8 (due to INA) for as many rounds as the bloodline power lets you. When the bloodline power stops, you drop back to 1d6 per claw.

amulet of mighty fist would work on both.
I had not thought about that, I will definitely keep that item in mind.
If this were my game I'd allow aspect of the beast to allow the claws to be out permanently.
Forgot to mention, this is a pathfinder society character.
If this were me I'd stick with ranger and take the Eldrich heritage feats for Draconic blood line.
In order to be a dragon disciple, you would need an arcane casting class, and you can't improve divine casting. Otherwise that would probably be a great choice.

Thanks, that was basically my interpretation. So it might be good to get Eldritch claws if I need magic claws for long periods of time.

Consider Arcane Strike instead. Depending on your swift action usage it would make your attacks magical as well as add damage (though you wouldn't get silver - I think the added damage is better).
Also I'm pretty sure Mauril has the right ruling regarding claw interaction by RAW. Beast Claws all the time, but you can get better claws temperatily by using your bloodline when your level increases.
