Sneak Attacks and Criticals

Rules Questions

Sorry to bother on topics I bet were explained a long time ago...
but I can't find exaustive explanations.

1. Is there a complete list of creature (maybe creature types) that are not subject to Sneak Attacks?

2. Is there a similar list of creatures that are not subject to criticals?

Sorry for my poor english
and thanks.

OK, thanks!

...

maybe also Constructs shouldn't be subject to crits and precision attacks?

Nah, they were intentionally allowed to be sneak attacked and critically hit.

It was one of the big design changes to not make rogues useless against half of the enemies, constructs included.

They are in Pathfinder. That was one of the changes from 3.5.

Liberty's Edge

On constructs, they're based off the mythological golem (AFAIK) which was could only be destroyed by precision damage, specifically by changing the word on its head to read as something else, dead I think. (My Jewish lore isn't what it used to be.)

Oh, ok!

I didn't know.
Thanks everybody
