I ordered Ultimate Combat from Amazon. When the book arrived, I was flipping through it and noticed that on some pages the text was not as in focus as on other pages. I ordered a replacement and when that arrived, that one had similiar issues as my original. So, I sent that one back and got a thrd replacement which also has problems with the text, page 185 is horrendous in that regards with all of the bolded text appears thicker than normal. At this point I'm probably just going to return for a refund. But, I'm wondering if anyone else has seen this or did Amazon just get a bad segment of the print run?

I've had some specific issues on the page with the siege engines -- lots of filled in space on the letters ('g' 'b' 'd' 'e' and 'a' for example). There were some sections that were out of focus as well and other pages with similar fill in on the looping letters. Over all it's bad manufacturing and I don't like seeing it however it has not rendered the book unusable for me.

That matches what I've seen. If it wasn't for a bad page 185 in this copy, I could live with the issues on the siege engine pages.
Are there any plans for a second printing anytime soon?

My copy of Ultimate Combat appears fine in the siege engine section. Page 185 has some "gray" fill on the bold 'g' 'b' 'd' 'e' and 'a' with a few of the letters almost appearing completely filled in, but nothing that makes it unreadable and I wouldn't have noticed if it weren't pointed out that something might be wrong with the page.
Maybe I'm not as discerning as some customers, and I'm failing to see the problem with my copy, but I don't see anything worth a product return or even exchange, so there's a chance it doesn't affect the whole print run.
I'd say you should try to look at a copy in a brick-and-mortar bookstore to see if they're affected in the same way you're experiencing with your copy. I'm inclined to think it's likely just an error with that batch your book came from.

I'm going to check at a Barnes & Noble this weekend. They have UC in stock. I check at another B&N and almost picked it up there until I noticed that some genius thought that the best place for the antitheft tag was in the middle of a page.

One thing to note, I discovered that the antitheft tags that end up on pages actually come off pretty easy without damaging the book.

The type of printing error you're describing sounds like either a misregistration(where one or more of the printing plates because misaligned) or an issue with ink consistency. When this happens, it usually happens on one or two pages, and only lasts through a small number of books, all in a row. And because they're printed all in a row, they're likely to end up in the same case, or at least in neighboring cases on the same pallet, which means that they're fairly likely to end up being shipped to the same retailer.
For others looking in, even though one of Amazon's warehouses may have received some copies exhibiting this issue, Amazon has many warehouses, and the odds of you also receiving a copy with this problem are very, very low.
We stand behind our products, and we don't want you to feel you have to live with a book with an unreadable page. Normally, the best path is to exchange a defective book with the retailer you purchased it from, but if that isn't working, please contact customer.service@paizo.com and we'll organize a replacement for you.

Nah I'm not going to give up a 'unique feature' copy for dull perfection. I just wanted to help point out that it wasn't a single book.
If you need I'll get any numbers out of the book that could help you tell what part of the run it was if you all want to isolate it.
Personally it doesn't render the book unusable.
