I know the Dragon Empires Gazetteer and Distant Worlds are both just around the corner, but for my money there are still some real interesting places on Avistan and Garund that deserve detailing.
For me if I had a Wand of Campaign Setting Production +5 these would be my top 5:
1)Galt
2)Nex
3)Nirmalthas
4)Druma
5)Thuvia
What would be yours?

1} Molthune -- heavy on the "Nazi/ Blitzkrieg" Molthune (and I guess Nirmathas, bleh)
2} Matriarchal Empire on the southern coast of Garund
3} Galt -- like Cheliax, this region is such a great concept it NEEDs a book soon
4} Worldwound & Mendev -- I'd put this higher I'm just nervous somehow that I won't like it
5} Cheliax -- the best concept area in D&D since "Vault of the Drow" (or maybe Firestorm Peaks) needs so much more than that pathetic, 3 page farce they called the "Companion."

I'd like to see what's south of the existing "Inner Sea"* region map, extending to Garund's southern edge. And I'd like to see the planet's equator marked on that extended map. Sadly, James Jacobs indicated last year that sourthern Garund was probably pretty low on the to-do list for mapping continents. So my next choice would be to sail west and map the remnants of Azlant.
*Since I continue to try to mentally impose Europe/Africa over Avistan/Garund, it still seems strange to me to use an analogue for "Mediterranean Sea Region" to include areas as far distant as Iceland or Norway, but that ship sailed years ago.

Andoran
I refer you to Pathfinder Companion: Andoran, Spirit of Liberty.
(And on a related note, there's Pathfinder Chronicles: Guide to Darkmoon Vale.)
Otherwise, I would agree. In fact, I have the Darkmoon Vale book, and I recently ordered the Andoran book from Amazon.
Other than that, my list would be (in no particular order):
Irrisen
Galt
Druma
Geb
(and maybe Nex)
Galt (I'd love to see the players take it over and bring peace there...or a tyranny)
As usual, my own campaign ideas are considerably less ambitious. I would like to run an adventure or campaign in which a mysterious organization sneaks people out of prison and smuggles them across the Andoran border. The PCs could be the smugglers... or the smugglees.
Or perhaps both! They could start out as prisoners, and after getting help in escaping, they could JOIN the organization!
And in fact, I based one of my PCs' background on such an idea. I called her Armandia Just.
Ah, do I miss my role-playing days! I hope I'll go back to it, one day. In the meantime, I'll have to be content with just reading Paizo's books. I'm reading one now, and I've ordered a bunch more.

I would want a nice THICK book on Cheliax. That is the one aspect of Golarion that keeps me from not leaving the setting due to my personal irritation with the available gods that keeps threatening to drive me away. :)
Cheliax is gold.
I also rather fancy the River Kingdom.
Even though people may be burned out on it due to other popular settings, I want to see what is *beneath* the surface. I have no doubt the world-devs would make it interesting. Maybe an underground kingdom of fallen/refugee Albino Azlanti Ant-Riders who ride giant ants by using corrupted rune magic to control them. Ok maybe thats awful, but I am sure the devs would have some good ideas about whats underground.
And what about whats overhead? I am new to the setting, but if any region has flying cities, I would love something about them.
I also love writeups of cities, preferably in detail. I dont own Cities of Golarion, but I would love a series of 32-page products, each being a 16 page writeup of a city. Places, npcs, weird setups, daily life, opportunities for adventure and politics, and plenty of details on cool spots of note in and below the cities. Hmm, maybe each city needs 32 pages. :)

4) Cheliax
5) Irrisen
Though, I suspect we will see Varisia after the Shackles, considering what the next AP after Skull & Shackles is going to be.

1. Expanded Osirion. Anything Osirion. Just more Osirion.
2. Dehrukani. This could be an awesome-wild setting to explore. Mwangi society with azata influences and unearthly architecture. Want to see more about this place.
3. Vudra(or Jalmeray). The sheer volume of material these places could produce is intimidating. And it's a cultural analogue that doesn't get explored often in RPG Land.
4. Numeria. Because barbarians versus robot scorpions with lasers and machinegun mandibles of alien origin.
5. Holomog. Garundi amazon culture that ride dinosaurs. No other argument for that nation getting a book should have to be made really.

Yeah, your post was kind of "Hmm, how do I count this then?"
When I first posted, I didn't realize that this was going to be a survey, nor that ranking counted, so I didn't rank my choices. All right, I'm not quite sure about my order of preference, but if I absolutely must rank them to be counted, then here goes...
1. Irrisen
2. Galt
3. Druma
4. Geb
5. Nex
(And I must say that I still don't see the point in voting for a setting book that's already been published, unless, as in Animation's case, you're asking for a THICKER book on a single area, which I personally don't see happening. And just to be clear, Animation, are you saying that you want to see a THICKER book on the River Kingdoms as well? Or did you mean one book focusing on one kingdom, another on another, etc?)

I didn't know my choices would be graded on a survey or I would have given it more thought and written with more clarity. I should clarify that I want a bigger campaign setting book for Cheliax as opposed to the companion-sized one we have now. I didn't know that a choice wasn't valid if it was a nation with a little bit of published material. Also, I forgot about a couple of nations when I wrote my post yesterday. Upon further reflection, my list would be more like this:
1) Nex
2) Numeria
3) Jalmeray
4) Alkenstar
5) Irrisen

As much as I would like an Arcadia Gazetteer or even an Azlant Gazetteer. Souther Garund or Casmaron really make the most sense. Especially Casmaron as there is this big whole in the middle of what we know of the world. ;)

I left data as compiled originally as technically folks were voting for more than 5 places by hyphenating. It’s easily converted though. Also took out the original votes of those who re-voted.
