I would keep it somewhere in the middle between how old the dragon can become and how long the other parent race can live, like it is handled for half-elves.
That's my reasoning for using elves. Dragons live 1000s of years. Humans, Dwarves, gnomes and halfings live decades to low hundreds.
In between is the high 100's elves live.

According to the original source for Half-Dragons, Dragon Magazine #206, their age expectancy is dependent on the sub-race of the draconic parent:
Half-Gold (Max = 300+5d10; Middle-age 150 / Old 200 / Venerable 300)
Half-Silver (Max = 250+3d20; Middle-age 125 / Old 167 / Venerable 250)
Half-Bronze (Max = 200+4d10; Middle-age 100 / Old 133 / Venerable 200)
Half-Chiang Lung (Max = 125+3d20; Middle-age 62 / Old 83 / Venerable 125)
Half-Shen Lung (Max = 125+3d20; Middle-age 62 / Old 83 / Venerable 125)
Half-Greyhawk (Max = 170+4d8; Middle-age 85 / Old 115 / Venerable 170)
Half-Steel (Max = 170+4d8; Middle-age 85 / Old 115 / Venerable 170)
Half-Iron (Max = 400+3d10; Middle-age 200 / Old 267 / Venerable 400)
The Half-Deep Dragon and Krinnish Half-Silver are special cases as detailed in the article.
Make of that what you will.

Wow, Ambrus, that's great! Thanks!
What are the special case spans noted in the Krinnish Half-Silver and the Half-Deep Dragons?

I don't have the article here with me, but I believe that Krinnish half-silvers are always the offspring of a female dragon and male humanoid parent and that the age expectancy of the offspring is in line with that of the humanoid race (either elf, human or half-elf) whose form the mother normally adopts in her alternate form.
The Deep Dragon entry on the age chart seems erroneous when compared to the other entries; it making no sense that I could fathom. IIRC, it has the max. age listed as a strange fraction akin to 200/150.
