I know the rules are some where. Does anyone recall where the break down for character creation with a harrow deck was located?
Not the article I remember, but none the less useful.
This was from a book that I had already. But if I never find that one, this will do just fine.

I recall a neat one with the three dragon ate deck from a dragon.
