I would say yes. Natural weapons are weapons.
Yes, it's fine. The only way it would not be is if the feat said "As a swift action, you can imbue your manufactured[ weapons with a fraction of your power..." Fortunately for you, it doesn't say manufactured, so all weapons are fair game.
