error starting AP subscription

I just added the Pathfinder adventure path subscription to my account, selecting to start with the first volume of the PF2 AP, but the order confirmation instead starts with the last volume of Tyrant's Grasp. Can you please correct the starting volume for me? If my order has already authorized, that order may need to be adjusted.

Uggh, it looks like the campaign setting subscription did the same thing.

To be clear, I would like to start my campaign setting subscription with Lost Omens world guide, and my Pathfinder AP subscription with Hellknight Hill.
