I was going through the ISWG and for the first time really looked at the little stat block for the Tears of Razmir drug (page 293). Is it intentional that the drug gives a Constitution bonus but also inflicts Con damage?
At the same time, the text describes the Cult of Razmir eventually charging wealthy addicts as much as 10 gp per dose .. but the cost is 25 gp. Shouldn't the price charged by the Razmirans to those addicted be above the "general market" price (especially to contrast with the free samples used to get them addicted)?

Another good question. I realized after my initial post that I'd meant to ask that as well but when the realization occurred I was too far from my computer to do anything about it.

My guess is that it should be the 25 gp listed as the price in the statblock, and the text reference to 10 gp is just copied from the Pathfinder Campaign Setting (where it was the only price).
Similarly, to address your original question, there is extra text in the Campaign Setting which explains the initial effect is a temporarty Con boost, but the longer-term effect is a penalty.
