Scarab Sages

Check my RAW logic on this.

A 17th level barbarian is not fatigued after ending a rage. Beginning and ending rages are both free actions.

Round 1. Barbarian begin to rage. Uses mighty swing and strength surge rage powers.

Round 2. Barbarian ends rage from round 1 as free action. Barbarian begins new rage as free action. Barbarian is free to use rage powers again.

I don't see why not.

You can do it earlier with five levels of oracle and the lame curse

I'd have no problem with it. Strength Surge is fine, and you'd still need to threaten before getting anything out of Mighty Swing.

Free Actions

Free actions don't take any time at all, though there may be limits to the number of free actions you can perform in a turn. Free actions rarely incur attacks of opportunity. Some common free actions are described below.

The free action mechanic has built in features to limit things as a GM. As a level 17 character though, this level of power would not be unreasonable.

You could also do it as an 8th level Barbarian with one level of "lame" oracle. Perhaps select fire for the plus 10 move speed buff. Early goodness
