Ninja Discussion: Round 1

I've been off today and have been thinking about the ninja alternate class for the rogue quite a bit. After looking it over again and reading through the boards I've got a list of changes that I'd like to throw out and see what everyone thinks. The below document only contains the things for which I have suggested changes.

Go to Suggested Changes to the Ninja

Synopsis:
A decrease in skill points to 6/level seems to fit concept better and still allows for diversity. Perhaps add Survival in place of Appraise?

Changed sneak attack to +5d6 at 19th level and added an accuracy increase to +5 when making sneak attacks or flanks.

Added access to the unarmed strike feat with a small increase to damage.

Moved Poison Use to 2nd level.

Suggested removal of free usage from 6 ninja tricks, added a new one, and made an adjustment to Assassinate and Invisible Blade. Also removed three gains of ninja trick.

Added an additional ability to improve Light Steps at 14th level.

Suggested two new feats.

Two other thoughts:
Armor Class
I like the idea of allowing the ninja to add half her Charisma modifier as a bonus to their AC at 1st level and increase to full at level 10; but I’m not sure how that would play out. Possibly limit their armor to padded, leather, and maybe studded leather.

Unarmed Strike
Some sort of progression for unarmed strike may be in order.

Hopefully as a new poster I haven't overstepped my bounds in doing this and put it in the right place. I just wanted to get these balance/interesting feature ideas out there for everyone to see.

Enjoy,

The Cloaked

06/10/11 Edit: Added an additional feat to the document.
