Free raise dead (and similar) with Words of Power?

I was looking through the words of power last night, and I found something that looks wrong.

There are words which are clearly intended to replicate the effects of Raise Dead and (True) Resurrection. However, I did not see a costly material component.

Did I miss something, or does coming back from the dead now just cost a spell slot from your friendly local wordcasting cleric?

Note that Revive has a much more stringent time limit that of hours and the other one extends it only to days.

They also get a free Restoration. But on the other hand, they can't heal more than 4d8+20.
And high level witches can Ressurect at will (although each person only once per day).

With a couple feats a paladin can do a raise dead through use of his lay on hands as well, taking a negative level instead of paying material cost.
