Dex Bonus to Damage Rolls?

I'm looking for a way to sub out Dex for Str on my damage rolls. Weapon Finesse only allows you to swap them on your attack rolls. Is there a feat or class ability that does this?

There's a feat from the Qadira book that lets you do it with scimitars (and finesse a scimitar in one hand, as well) called Dervish Dance.

Dervish Dance allows you to use your Dex as damage but you have to be using a scimitar. Reqs are Dexterity 13, Weapon Finesse, Perform (dance) 2 ranks, proficient with scimitar.
